We are launching a capital campaign to care for and strengthen St. Stephen’s for the future – addressing urgent needs like waterproofing the sanctuary, while planning responsibility for long-term care of our campus’ assets. Together, we are caring for the place we love – so it can continue to welcome, inspire and serve for generations to come.
The Kick-Off Dinner is being held at the San Francisco Yacht Club on Wednesday, May 13. Please RSVP by April 27 to join in this celebratory event to learn more about the Campaign and our plans for the future.
Who We Are
St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church is a community of faith, called to express God’s love in our life and worship together by exploring and fostering spiritual growth, nurturing families and individuals of all ages, addressing environmental and social concerns, and celebrating through liturgy, music, and the arts.
Children & Youth
At St. Stephen’s, the gifts that children and youth offer the church are celebrated and shared. Children play key volunteer roles in our worship services. Teenagers help extend our ministry beyond our walls by streaming worship services online. Our young people are not the church of the future; they are active participants in our church today.
